I am from Louisiana and am one of eleven children. I live in Missouri with my husband and 5 children which include our very spunky identical twin girls! When we aren’t homeschooling, we enjoy gardening, hiking, and travelling. I am a licensed nurse and work in geriatrics with a history of end of life care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health. Though I’m a medical professional, I’m not functioning as one in this role. I have had the tugging on my heart to become a Doula for many years and it started with my own birth experiences and disappointments. My goal is that no one ever comes to me without leaving more confident, peaceful, and educated. I trust that you will find that your birth can be a beautiful and empowering experience.
